McNair High junior WR Andrew Hem was selected the MVP of the San Joaquin Athletic Association, following a vote of the coaches.

The Hat’s got Season Highlights for Hem, who still leads the Sac-Joaquin Section with 1,350 yards – though his season ended after the first week of the playoffs. He’s still ahead of receivers who have played 12, 13 and even 14 games.

Edison WR Hassani Zackery and Stagg RB Lee Webb were the SJAA Offensive MVP, while Franklin junior DB Angelo Washington was the Defensive MVP.
